1. Who these terms are between

PLACEHOLDER: company name and the customer (the distributor), and how partners are covered.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Distributors and partners

A distributor licenses channel0 and invites partners. Each partner has its own workspace. The distributor can read partner workspaces it is linked to, read-only.

4. Your data

Partners own their customers and deals and can export them. Lists a distributor supplies can be used in channel0 but not exported.

5. Acceptable use

6. Fees
