How it works
From vendor money to vendor report.
Five steps. Partners only do the parts that win them business; the platform records everything else.
Step by step
Who does what.
Step 1, Distributor
You set up your programme
Add your vendors and funds, and invite your channel managers and marketers.
Step 2, Distributor
You share campaigns and content
Build campaigns, nurture sequences, and brochure and proposal templates once. Share them with every partner or a segment.
Step 3, Partner
Partners build lists and launch
List Builder makes a target list. Campaign Runner sends your campaign from the partner's own mailbox.
Step 4, Partner
Follow-up runs by itself
Opens and clicks move into nurture. Replies and meetings land in the partner's CRM as deals.
Step 5, Vendor
The report builds itself
Activity, pipeline and wins roll up across partners into a vendor report you share as a link.
Closing the loop
Deals don't stay open forever.
Pipeline Keeper asks partners to record whether each deal was won or lost.
You set the programme rules, such as pausing access when too many outcomes are overdue. Partners see the rule before they accept your invite.
Data rules
Clear about what goes where.
- Partners never see each other's workspaces.
- Your view of a partner is read-only, and every look is logged.
- Lists you supply stay in channel0. A partner's own data is always theirs to export.
